1992

Application Service Company forms to provide consulting services for manufacturers implementing sophisticated, laser-based measurement systems and SPC tools.

1995

ASC signs distribution agreement with CyberOptics Corporation to resell SPI products for the Upper Midwest region of the USA.

1996

ASC works closely with CyberOptics LSM owners to design an automated measurement ehancement product to reduce the subjectivity of the manual measurement process. The "LaserSmart" product was released to combat this concern with more than 100 units sold worldwide.

1997

ASC begins development of its own line of SPI systems. The LaserVision SP2D is released with automated measurement and integrated SPC.

1998

The release of the industry's only bench top structured white light technology based SPI system is released. The VisionMaster 150 offers true 3D, volumetric capabilities typically only found on inline systems priced at over $100K.

1999

ASC formally becomes ASC International, Inc. The introduction of a fully automated offline SPI system becomes reality with the release of the VisionMaster AP212.

2001

LaserVision SP3D is introduced as a price leader for laser-based 3D solder paste inspection.

2004

VisionMaster M400 is released to address customer requests for a large field of view and higher resolution color camera for better viewing.

2006

VisionMaster M450 is introduced as a replacement to the M400 to address advancing camera technologies.

2008

VisionMaster AP450 is released as a high speed offline inspection option within the AP Series line.

2010

ASC International begins design and development of a more cost effective platform to accommodate the ever-growing line of ASC sensor technologies. The VisionPro Series is introduced as a bench top platform with multiple sensor options...designed for show and engineered for performance.

2011

VisionPro AP Series is released as the fully automated offline version of the standard VisionPro with significant cost savings past directly to the customer.

2012

March - ASC International moves into its current home at 830 Tower Drive in Medina, MN with over 12,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing, applications and office space.

October - ASC International enters into an agreement to market, distribute and support SAKI Corporation's innovative line of 2D and 3D AOI and AXI products in North America.
